Our sheet metal workers are amongst the highest paid in our industry. Our workers receive a high rate of pay because they are highly skilled and are continuously trained in this evolving industry.

Hourly work

• Our total package ranges from $33.91, for a first year apprentice, to $80.45 for a foreperson.

Piece work/Incentive based program

Our piece work/incentive based program gives our workers a potential to earn a higher rate of pay which would allow them to exceed the hourly rate.

Rough-ins

• Supply air – Standard stack: $29.21 per stack
• Return Air – 1st Floor: $19.62 per return air
  • 2nd Floor: $30.97 per return air

• Garage stacks : $37.09 per stack
• Over 9ft ceiling – 10% of total rough-in

Basement rates

• Supply and return air runs up to 6″: $26.08 per run
• Supply and return air runs 7″-10″: $39.12
• Furnace setup: $103.00
• Custom run rate: $28.74 per run
• Basements having a height over 9ft pays a premium rate: $32.38 per run
